Dear Bowie State University Community,
This year marks a historic occasion for Bowie State University as we celebrate 10 years of leadership, progress and shared achievement, a decade that has built upon our proud legacy while strengthening the university for the future.
Over these 10 years, we have accomplished much together. We have expanded opportunities for our students, advanced research and innovation, transformed our campus, strengthened philanthropic support and partnerships and elevated Bowie State University’s impact in Maryland and beyond. This celebration belongs to our entire Bulldog community, our students, faculty, staff, alumni, partners and supporters who bring our mission to life every day.
I encourage each of you to join us in celebrating this milestone and sharing the story of Bowie State’s impact and progress. Over the coming weeks, you will see our special 10-year anniversary identity appearing across the university. New PowerPoint templates, email signature blocks, virtual backgrounds and other resources will be available for faculty and staff to help extend the celebration through your communications and interactions with students, colleagues and partners.
And there is much more to come.
Throughout the year, we will unveil special stories and milestones highlighting Bowie State University then and now, revealing achievements from the past decade and the progress they have made possible.
I invite you to follow Bowie State University on social media and visit our 10-year anniversary page throughout the celebration as we reveal new milestones, stories and achievements and encourage your students, colleagues and networks to join us in celebrating this extraordinary decade.
Our history gives us a powerful foundation. What we have accomplished together demonstrates how far we have come. And our continued commitment to excellence, innovation and student success gives us every reason to be excited about where we are going.
Look out for these and other highlights from the last decade as we celebrate our progress and continue moving Bowie State University boldly forward.
With Bulldog Pride, |
